1. Overview
Aqili, Inc. ("Aqili", "we", "us", or "our") offers the StreamSign digital signage platform on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our paid plans.
By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Trials and Pre-Purchase Evaluation
Trial access, pilot periods, and pre-purchase evaluation terms may vary by plan or commercial agreement. Review the billing page in your workspace or your signed commercial terms for the trial conditions that apply to your organization.
3. Subscription Plans
StreamSign offers subscription-based access with plan and quota details shown in the billing flow available to your organization.
All subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- You retain access in accordance with the plan and downgrade behavior shown in your billing flow
- Data retention after expiration is governed by the data deletion and privacy terms, not this refund policy alone
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds and credits may be considered in the following situations:
- Billing errors: If you were charged in error, we will review and correct the charge
- Service issues: Material service disruptions may result in a credit or refund review depending on the circumstances and your agreement
- Commercial agreements: Enterprise or annual contracts may include separate refund or credit terms
6. Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in your commercial agreement, the following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Past billing periods that have already been fully delivered
- Downgrades where the billing system instead applies the change on a future cycle
- Consumed usage tied to metered or plan-governed features
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Your subscription plan and billing period
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment processor and your financial institution.
8. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds are governed by the terms of your individual enterprise agreement. Please contact your account manager or email enterprise@aqili.ai for enterprise billing inquiries.
